A styled cart of conditioned blooms, wraps, shears, and ribbon, where guests build a small bouquet to take home. It works as an activity, a photo moment, and a favor at once — which is why it tends to replace three separate line items rather than adding one.

We offer it two ways: a rental setup you host yourself, and a fully staffed Luxe experience where a designer guides guests and wraps every bouquet.

Bridal and baby showers, milestone birthdays, boutique grand openings along Main Street in Newhall, corporate appreciation events in Valencia, and community markets. Anywhere guests mingle for at least ninety minutes, a Bloom Bar earns its space.

Plan for roughly an eight-by-eight-foot footprint with access to a service door, plus a table or two nearby for wrapping. No power is required. Setup takes about an hour, and the bar itself runs beautifully for two to three hours before the buckets need editing.

Outdoors in summer, shade is non-negotiable. We bring extra conditioned stock for hot afternoons.

Budget five to seven stems per guest for a petite bouquet and eight to ten for something fuller, and expect roughly seventy percent of guests to participate at a mixed event. We confirm the final count two weeks out and hold a fifty percent deposit to reserve the date, with the balance due before the event.
