Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
We offer next-day delivery throughout the Santa Clarita Valley. Place your order by 3:00 PM and your arrangement arrives the following day. Delivery is $14.99, and studio pickup is always free.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Santa Clarita, Valencia, Saugus, Canyon Country, Newhall, and Stevenson Ranch for a flat $14.99 delivery fee. If you're just outside these areas, reach out through our contact form and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How does free pickup work?
Pickup is free at our Santa Clarita studio by appointment. After you place your order, we'll confirm a pickup time with you so your arrangement is fresh and waiting when you arrive.
How far in advance should I order?
For custom arrangements, please order at least 1 week in advance so we can source the perfect blooms. For weddings and events, we recommend reaching out at least 4 weeks ahead so we can plan every detail together.
How do I care for my flowers, and how long will they last?
Remove the wrapping and trim the stems at an angle, then place them in fresh, clean water right away. Change the water every 2–3 days, keep the flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, and remove any wilted blooms to keep the arrangement fresh. Most arrangements last 5–7 days with proper care.
What happens if a specific flower isn't available?
Because flowers are seasonal, we occasionally substitute blooms. We always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value in the same color palette, and we'll contact you first if a significant change is needed.
